About
Home / About
Our background lies in our time spent living in Australia and it is perhaps our love of and instinct for good clean, design, paired with a pride in quality construction and a perfect finish, that makes our approach to property slightly different.
From renovation to rebuilding properties from the ground up, we are passionate about creating a great house for the future owner to make into a superb home.
Our name is inspired by time spent in Provence and the way in which the French way of life continues to inspire and influence our developments.
Quality Norfolk homes
Our own home is in the Norfolk countryside, which we fell in love with after busy corporate lives, and it is here that we have started to build properties as Maison Chic.
Partnering with local builder Charlie Haller, who shares our passion for combining innovative materials with traditional construction to make a quality home, our vision is to create unique, thoughtfully designed properties with living space that functions in a way that is both efficient and inspired.
Blending style with practicality, our attention to detail and balance for good taste ensures that, both in our own home and those we build, we create wonderful places to live. Space and light, attractive landscaping and a classic contemporary aesthetic are the hallmark qualities of our developments.
Protecting the future
The integrity of our developments is matched by a desire to protect and enhance the beautiful environment which surrounds them, and we actively support several groups and charities including the Norfolk Farm & Wildlife Advisory Group, Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, The Woodland Trust, Countryside Alliance, Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust, British Trust for Ornithology and SongBird Survival.
We believe in a light-touch approach to development and respecting the land our houses will occupy. We want to balance our creation of attractive, enjoyable family homes with caring and protecting the environment. Our projects provide funding to help protect and invest in conservation work at our 95-acre farm, with projects including tree and hedgerow planting to improve habitats for wildlife.
